Lauri was an integral part to my pregnancy, birth and post natal experience. Her wealth of knowledge was invaluable in helping me to prepare mentally and physically for my home birth following a previous traumatic delivery. She gave me honest guidance; was always approachable, non judgemental, and on hand for even the smallest of questions. She enabled me to visualise and frame my impending birth in a positive way, and helped aliviate any fears I had. I have no doubt in my mind that my birth wouldn't have been the magical, positive experience it was without her.

After giving birth, Lauri prepared the most wonderful meals for me and my family. She always considered what I would need nutritionally in those early post natal days. As soon as I had given birth a delicious package arrived on the doorstep, and in the coming weeks her meals were something we all looked forward to. Not having to worry about cooking was a huge weight off my shoulders, and having something healthy and delicious for all the family allowed me to just enjoy more newborn snuggles!
